Ecoinfomatic lab is one of the unit in Taiwan Forest Research Institute. It utilizes technology to study and understand the ecology of Taiwan by data collection in the field or from public, to be further analysed and presented to the public
TFRI (Taiwan Forestry Research Institute) had a plan to create a Traditional-Chinese platform for iTree tools which were made by USDA Forest Service. TFRI Initiate the foresetry database collection with the use of itree tools to demonstrate the value and worth of park and individual plantations during city planning.
To help the data collection in field work at ease, the backstage administration fields was specifically set to fit tablet viewport. Testimonial research were conducted and data has been presented through the use of View, Charts and Panels modules.
